1. Software License

Vectralix AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of websites permitted by your purchased plan (1 Site or 5 Sites). You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the software or your license key to third parties.

2. Support and Updates

Annual licenses include 1 year of premium support and software updates. Lifetime licenses include lifetime updates and priority support for the duration of the product’s life. Support is provided via our Contact Us page, email at luxcrato@lowvie.com, and our official Telegram channels.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Vectralix AI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

4. Third-Party AI Services

Our software integrates with third-party AI APIs (such as Groq, OpenAI, and Google Gemini). You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms of service of these third-party providers and for any costs associated with your API usage.
