Vectralix AI Chat PRO is designed to be up and running in under 2 minutes without touching a single line of code. Follow these steps to initialize your environment:

Step 1.1: Upload & Activate License

1. In your WordPress Admin Dashboard, navigate to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload vectralix-ai-chat-pro.zip.
2. Click Activate Plugin.
3. Go to Vectralix PRO → License in the left admin menu and enter your premium license token to unlock all administrative modules and background cron workers.

Step 1.2: Run the 6-Step Express Setup Wizard

Navigate to Vectralix PRO → 🚀 Setup Wizard (or click the green launch banner at the top of the Settings page). The wizard guides you through 6 modular stages:

• Step 1 (Business Niche & Persona): Choose from 8 tailored business cards (E-Commerce, Travel/Hospitality, Vehicle Rental, Clinic/Appointment, B2B Agency, Hybrid Store, Blog/Media/Company Profile, or Custom). This automatically configures your AI System Prompt, booking card terminology, and reference prefix.
• Step 2 (AI Brain Engine): Connect your primary AI provider, test live API connectivity, and optionally set up a backup failover engine.
• Step 3 (Smart Auto-Scan & Knowledge Trainer): Automatically detects installed plugins (WooCommerce, MotoPress, WP Travel Engine, Amelia, WP Swings, CF7), selects Custom Post Types for RAG, and lets you import WordPress pages into the Knowledge Base in 1 click.
• Step 4 (Brand Persona & Live Preview): Customize your widget colors, launcher icon, greeting message, and Pre-Chat Lead Form with an interactive real-time preview.
• Step 5 (Optional Integrations): Configure WhatsApp Gateway, Telegram Group Handover, Pinecone Vector DB, and Admin Emergency Alerts (or skip and configure later).
• Step 6 (Launch): Activates the chat widget across your site immediately.

Vectralix AI Chat PRO supports 5 industry-leading AI providers using a Dual-Engine Failover Architecture. If your Primary Engine hits a rate limit (HTTP 429), runs out of credits, or experiences server downtime, Vectralix silently reroutes the visitor's message to your Fallback Engine without interrupting the chat.

The System Instructions (Prompt) box defines the identity, tone, and strict operational boundaries of your AI assistant. Vectralix includes a Quick Industry Preset Toolbar with 11 ready-to-use templates:

Built-In AI Function Tools & Silent Tags

Behind the scenes, Vectralix equips your AI with 4 native function-calling tools and silent control tags:

• search_store_catalog — Searches WooCommerce products, custom post types, and Pinecone vectors before answering product/service inquiries.
• trigger_auto_checkout — Resolves product/variation IDs and generates an instant WooCommerce checkout redirect (`[CHECKOUT:ID:QTY]`).
• trigger_service_booking — Generates an interactive in-chat reservation card (`[BOOKING_CARD:...]`) with automatic past-date protection.
• check_woocommerce_order_status — Looks up live order status, total amount, and order date by numeric Order ID.
• [ESCALATE_TO_HUMAN] — Appended by the AI when a user requests a human agent, immediately triggering Telegram & Live Console alerts.
• [LEAD_NAME: Name] — Silently extracts the visitor's real personal name from natural conversation and updates your CRM database.

Vectralix prevents AI hallucinations using a 3-Layer Hybrid RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture:

Layer 1: Document Knowledge Base (PDF, DOCX, CSV, TXT & WP Pages)

Go to Vectralix PRO → Knowledge Base 📚 to train your AI with company policies, FAQs, and brochures:

• Direct Document Upload: Select any .pdf, .docx (Word), .csv, or .txt file. Vectralix extracts the text right inside your browser using pdf.js and mammoth.js without overloading your server memory.
• 1-Click WordPress Content Importer: Select any published Page or Post from the dropdown and click Import to Editor to instantly pull its clean text into your Knowledge Base.

Layer 2: Universal Smart CPT & Meta Extractor (SQL RAG)

In Settings → Universal AI RAG & Service Booking Bridge, check the Post Types you want the AI to read (e.g., product, page, post, trip, mphb_room_type). Vectralix automatically scans wp_postmeta and taxonomies to extract Regular Price, Sale Price, Duration, Days/Nights, Capacity/Max Guests, Location/Destination, Amenities, Itinerary, and Booking URLs.

Layer 3: Pinecone Vector Database (Real-Time Incremental Auto-Sync)

For large catalogs and deep semantic search (understanding synonyms across languages), enable Pinecone Vector DB. Match your Pinecone Index dimension size strictly to your chosen Embedding Engine:

When WooCommerce is active, Vectralix automatically reads live stock status, product descriptions, and variable product attributes:

• Smart Variable Product Resolver: If a customer asks to buy a variable product (e.g., different sizes, colors, or license tiers), the AI lists the exact options and prices, asks the customer to choose, and resolves the exact numeric Variation ID.
• Lead Gate Protection: If the Pre-Chat Form is disabled, the AI politely asks for the customer's Name and WhatsApp/Email before triggering the checkout redirect so you never lose the lead.
• Automated Abandoned Cart Recovery: In Settings → Abandoned Cart Recovery, enable Activate Multi-Channel Recovery. Powered by the WooCommerce Action Scheduler, if a session triggers [CHECKOUT:...] but does not complete payment within 1 hour, Vectralix automatically sends a personalized reminder with an itemized product list ({name}, {cart_items}) via Email and WhatsApp. You can also test it anytime using the ⚡ Force Run Abandoned Cart Recovery Now button.

Vectralix features a dual-mode reservation system for Travel Agencies, Hotels, Villas, Car Rentals, Clinics, and Service Businesses:

Mode A: Smart Universal Auto-Fill (External Booking Plugin Bridge)

In Settings → External Plugin URL Pre-fill, select ✨ Smart Universal Auto-Fill (Recommended). It uses this universal query formula:

When the visitor clicks ➡️ Proceed to Finalize Booking on the in-chat Booking Card, Vectralix redirects them to the service page, displays a ✨ Smart Pre-Fill Active Banner, and automatically fills in the form on the destination page:

Mode B: Native In-Chat Booking (Zero External Plugin Needed)

If your website does not use an external booking plugin, select ❌ Disable / Clear URL Pre-fill (Use Native Card Only) in Settings. Visitors confirm their reservation 100% inside the chat widget (`✅ Confirm Booking Now`), receive an instant Booking Reference Code (e.g., #TRV-8F92A1) via WhatsApp and Email, and the reservation is logged in Marketing Booster → 📅 Service Bookings.

In Settings → Main Engine & Chatbox Settings (Section 6), enable the Interactive Start Menu & Guided Flows to display a welcome promo banner and clickable quick-action chips inside the chat window.

• 🌳 Branching Sub-Menu (Decision Tree): Click 🛠️ Open Visual Flow Builder on any button row to open the drag-and-drop modal. You can create unlimited sub-menu cards, link buttons to target cards via smart dropdowns, or click ⚡ Go / Create to auto-generate and link a new sub-card in one click!
• 🧭 Guided Tour: Creates sequential step-by-step slides with a "Next ➡️" button to educate visitors about your product or service.
• ⚡ Instant Reply (0 AI Token): Immediately displays a pre-written answer (such as promo codes or bank details) without consuming AI API tokens.
• 🤖 Trigger AI Question: Sends a pre-configured prompt directly to the AI engine.
• ✉️ Send Email / Feedback Form: Renders an inline contact form inside the chat bubble that sends inquiries straight to your Admin Email.

Vectralix combines proactive visitor engagement with two flexible lead-generation modes:

• Sequential Proactive Popup (1 to 3 Bubbles): Choose between ✨ Auto AI Mode (the AI reads the current page/product and generates 1, 2, or 3 sequential hook bubbles) or ✍️ Custom Chat Bubbles supporting smart variables: {product_name}, {short_desc}, and {desc}.
• Smart Pre-Chat Form Toggle:
  • When Pre-Chat Form is ENABLED: Proactive lures appear as floating cloud bubbles outside the widget, and visitors fill in their Name, WhatsApp, and Email before chatting.
  • When Pre-Chat Form is DISABLED: After the initial wait time, the chatbox automatically pops open, displays your sequential greeting bubbles and interactive menu chips inside the chat, and captures leads naturally from the conversation!

The frontend chat footer includes two built-in multimodal tools right next to the message input bar:

• ➕ Image Upload (AI Vision): Visitors can attach JPEG, PNG, or WEBP images (such as product photos, skin/clinical conditions, or payment receipts) for visual analysis by Gemini, OpenAI, or Groq Vision models.
• 🎙️ Voice Input (Web Speech API): Clicking the microphone icon activates real-time speech-to-text transcription with a red pulsing animation, automatically adapting to the visitor's browser language.

Monitor and take over conversations from either your WordPress dashboard or your smartphone:

A. Web Live Agent Console (Vectralix PRO → Live Agent Console)

View all active sessions with real-time status badges (🤖 AI Bot, 🚨 Waiting Agent, 👨‍💻 Handled by Human, 🏁 Finished), chat duration, and two-way typing indicators. Click 👩‍💻 Take Over Chat to pause the AI for that session and chat live with the visitor, or click ✅ Mark as Resolved when finished.

B. Two-Way Telegram Group Integration

1. Open Telegram, message @BotFather, send /newbot, and copy your HTTP API Bot Token.
2. Create a Telegram Group for your support team, invite your new Bot to the group, and promote the Bot to Admin.
3. Obtain your Group Chat ID (starts with -100...) and paste both the Telegram Bot Token and Telegram Group ID in Settings → Omnichannel Agent Handover.
4. Click Save All Configuration—Vectralix automatically registers your site's REST Webhook (/wp-json/victory-ai-chat/v1/tg-webhook) with Telegram!
5. How to Reply from Telegram: Whenever a notification arrives in your Telegram Group (containing #SESSION_...), simply Swipe Right / Reply directly to that message in Telegram. Your reply is delivered live into the visitor's website chatbox!

Navigate to Vectralix PRO → Marketing Booster 🚀 to manage your CRM leads, service bookings, and omnichannel broadcasts:

• 6 Supported WhatsApp Gateways: Connect Fonnte, Official Meta Cloud API, Wati, WABlas, UltraMsg, or Twilio in Settings.
• ✨ AI Hyper-Personalization Broadcasts: In the Campaign Builder, choose AI Personalized Mode. Before sending your promo, the AI reads the last 4 chat messages of each recipient and uniquely rewrites the opening hook to match their past interest!
• Immediate, Scheduled & Recurring Campaigns: Execute broadcasts immediately with the Anti-Ban Safe Progress Bar, or schedule them for a future date with One-Time, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly recurrence.
• Database Leads & CSV Import/Export: Filter contacts by source (WooCommerce Checkout, Live Chat, Service Booking, CSV Import), import external contact lists via CSV, or export your leads and bookings anytime.
