Vectralix AI Chat PRO is a digital software product. No physical media will be shipped to you.

Instant Delivery

Upon successful completion of your payment through our payment processors (such as PayPal or Paddle), your order will be delivered instantly. You will receive an email containing:

• A direct download link for the plugin files (.zip).
• Your unique License Key for activation.
• A copy of your invoice/receipt.

If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes of your purchase, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it is still missing, contact our support team via our Contact Us page or email luxcrato@lowvie.com with your purchase details, and we will manually resend your access credentials.
